I’ve done well so far but am having headaches. This seems to happen whenever I lower my fat consumption. My body is used to having about 100 grams of fat by mid day. Now I’ve only get about 30 grams by that time. Drinking the proper amount of water is a bit harder this second go around. Last year I would drink about 1 cup every hour. Now I drink it in pairs or late at night to catch up and that makes for a restless night of sleep and bathroom breaks.
